Giving @ the City of Zion

Our Offering Confession:
Because we understand our biblical responsibility as worshippers, we bring our hearts to God recognizing that we return to Him in our tithes and offerings. Where our money is, is where our heart is. We pay the tithe because we owe God our vow, and we give our offerings sowing seeds to reap fruit. We sow into our Pastor to reap a prophet's reward. We sow into the church to reap kingdom benefits. As we cheerfully participate in giving and receiving, we have from the Lord:

O Jobs and better jobs
O Raises and Bonuses
O Benefits, Sales and Commissions
O Favorable Settlements
O Estates and Inheritances
O Rebates and Returns
O Checks in the Mail
O Gifts and Surprises
O Bills paid off and bills reduced
O Blessings and increase
I'm out of debt...my needs are met...I've got plenty more to put in store.  Thank you Lord for teaching me how to be a Godly giver and receiver!
Remember...the tithe is what we OWE God. It represents 10% of our income. That includes income from all sources. Take heed to the message in Malachi 3:8 - 12:

"Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?' "In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.

Don't be a robber. Don't be cursed. Render unto God that which is God's and watch the floodgates of heaven open.  Hear the people call you "blessed!"
